Overview:
There are a choice of three sessions for all mentors and PMs to attend to support you with the knowledge and skills needed for effective mentoring in 2026-27. This session will include:
- The role of the mentor and key expectations
- Programme Structure and Curriculum alignment
- Mentoring and feedback skills
- Target-setting and action steps
- Wellbeing and support
